"It is with great pleasure i write this review. The young lady i spoke with Ms Lynn did an awesome job. I had spoken to a lady name Vera at another office for one hr and the lady had no listening skills. I then called another stat farm number and Lynn answered. What a relief it was to talk with her. She listened and went straight to the point. She told me my account had been canceled. She quickly said do I still want to be insured by State Farm I said yes. She quickly explained the process and wrote me a new policy. Great job. With all that being said. She asked if I needed apt insurance. Very observant. Yes I did. She bundled the two. I realize she saved me roughly 40.00.
Lynn you will go far. Great customer service 👏"
